Big action after the murder of the girl: Another encounter, three miscreants shot in the leg
Sultanpur: Another encounter took place in Sultanpur, UP early this morning. In this encounter, three miscreants have been shot in the leg. They have been admitted to the hospital for treatment. All three miscreants were wanted in the case of murdering a girl and throwing her body in the bushes on the banks of Sharda Sahayak Canal in Gosaiganj police station area on September 20. The names of these miscreants caught in the police encounter are – Salman, Sarwar and Javed.
In fact, on September 20, the body of an unknown girl with her hands and legs tied with cloth was found in the bushes on the banks of Sharda Sahayak Canal near Vaidha village of Gosaiganj police station area. When the girl was identified during investigation by the police, it was found that this girl was a resident of Kadipur police station area and in the month of June, her family had lodged a missing report.
According to the police, the girl was having an affair with a young man named Salman and she had run away to Mumbai with him. On returning from Mumbai, she had also recorded her statement. The girl was constantly pressurizing Salman to marry her and was threatening to send her to jail if Salman refused to marry her.
So Salman made a plan to eliminate her and on September 20, Salman, along with his associates Shahenshah, Sarwar and Javed, strangled her to death. Then the body was thrown in the bushes.
After identifying the girl, the police started investigating the case and Shahenshah was already arrested. Since then, the search for other accused was on. Meanwhile, it was found that the three absconding accused were in Akhand Nagar police station area. When the police surrounded them to arrest them, these people started firing at the police.
During this, Salman, Javed and Sarwar were shot in the leg in the retaliatory firing by the police. However, all three have been admitted to the hospital for treatment in an injured condition. Also, the police has started legal proceedings.
