Bhubaneswar Airport issues important advisory to the fliers, check details

Bhubaneswar: The authorities of Biju Patnaik International Airport (BBI) have issued an important advisory for the fliers keeping in mind the possible travel of a large number of passengers during the Republic Day celebrations on January 26.

Passengers are informed that a high volume of passenger traffic is expected at the Bhubaneswar airport during the Republic Day long weekend, the advisory read.

It further said that in view of enhanced security measures for Republic Day, passengers are advised to:

Arrive at the airport well in advance
Allow sufficient time for check-in and security procedures
Cooperate with airport and security personnel
For flight-related information, passengers are requested to contact their respective airlines.
