Bengaluru gym trainer dies by suicide after girlfriend’s engagement

Bengaluru: A terrible incident has taken place in the capital of Karnataka, Bengaluru. A young man, a gym trainer, committed suicide because he did not want his girlfriend to get engaged to someone else. The incident took place on Saturday evening. According to the police, Kiran (26), a resident of Mahalaxmi Layout, Galeara Balaga Layout area in Bengaluru city, was a gym trainer. He was also known as a body builder.

He had been in love with a girl for three years. Kiran had also paid off most of her debts. The love affair between the two continued. Kiran had also introduced her to his mother and family members. He also planned to get married soon. He had also bought her a gift on the occasion of the upcoming Valentine’s Day. But, she had cheated on Kiran. She had recently gotten engaged to someone else. Moreover, she had shown him her wedding invitation and saree. Deeply depressed, he committed suicide by hanging himself in his room on Saturday night. Family members said that Kiran had been depressed for the past few days. On Saturday too, he reached home worried. He asked for a pen and paper. When asked why, he said that he wanted to write about financial matters.

He took them from his mother and then went to his room and hanged himself. Later, when he did not come out of the room and did not respond when called, he broke the door and committed suicide. He also wrote a letter. In the letter, he mentioned that his girlfriend and her mother were the reason for his suicide. After receiving information about the incident, the police shifted Kiran’s body to the hospital for postmortem. Based on the complaint of the deceased’s mother, the police have registered a case and are investigating.
