Bengaluru cafe blast case: NIA releases new photos of suspected attacker
Bengaluru: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is searching for the suspected attacker of the Rameshwaram cafe blast in Bengaluru. The agency released four new photographs of the suspected attacker on Saturday.
The photographs show the suspected attacker walking with a backpack. She is wearing a pink T-shirt and trousers. Apart from this, a mask has also been applied on the face.
In earlier photographs released by authorities, the suspect was wearing a cap and a dark-colored T-shirt.
NIA said, “The investigating agency has sought cooperation from citizens to identify the suspect linked to the Rameshwaram cafe blast case. Citizens have been appealed to call 08029510900, 8904241100 or email info.blr.nia@gov.in for any information. The identity of the person providing information about the suspect will be kept confidential.”
Meanwhile, the Brookfield branch of Rameshwaram Cafe resumed its service on Saturday morning. The cafe founder has rejected any possibility of business rivalry in the incident.
Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Home Minister G. Parameshwara has expressed confidence that the agencies investigating the blast case will soon find the suspect.
