Benefit PVTG by giving maximum publicity through Rath: Collector
Korba. Collector Saurabh today flagged off the publicity chariot of Prime Minister’s Tribal Justice Maha Abhiyan from the Collectorate premises for wide publicity of PM Janman Yojana in the district. He directed to spread maximum publicity through Rath to make the people of special backward tribes of the district aware and benefit from the schemes. On this occasion, CEO District Panchayat Vishwadeep, Assistant Commissioner Tribal Development Department Shrikant Kaser and other officers and employees were present.
Collector Saurabh Kumar, while taking information regarding the publicity done through Prachar Rath, also reviewed the brochures, booklets and pamphlets of PM Janman Yojana. He directed the Prachar Rath to go to remote areas and spread the message widely. So that the beneficiaries can get benefit by getting information about various schemes. Assistant Commissioner Kaser said that this Prachar Rath will go to all the PVTG settlements living in remote hilly areas and forest areas of the district and spread awareness among the tribal people about PM Janman Yojana by spreading wide publicity among them.
It is noteworthy that Pradhan Mantri Tribal Justice Maha Abhiyan (PM Janman) scheme is being run for the social, economic and educational upliftment of special backward tribes in the district. Under this scheme, 100 percent facilities like housing, electricity, water, roads, education, health, livelihood etc. will be provided in PVTG settlements. Apart from this, in the field of health, facilities like vaccination, safe delivery, free treatment through Ayushman card, clean drinking water, benefits to children, pregnant and lactating women in Anganwadi centres, means of livelihood, forest rights lease, ration will also be benefited.
