Bees attacked laborers, 12 injured

Kawardha. Bees have attacked laborers in the district. Bees attacked laborers who had gone to do MNREGA work in Vananchal village Kauhapani under Bodla block of the district. Twelve people, including a child, were injured in the bee attack. The condition of 4 of the injured is serious. All have been admitted to the Bodla Community Health Center. where the treatment is going on.

According to the information, dozens of laborers including village panchayat Kukra Pani, Kauhapani and nearby had reached work in MNREGA at 8 am on Friday. While working, a swarm of bees came towards him from a nearby tree and attacked him. Seeing the bees, all the laborers started running away. During the rush, some laborers fell and got injured. After the incident, all the injured started suffering on the ground, after which the employment assistant immediately informed 108. After the information, all the injured were admitted to the hospital by ambulance.
