Bareilly: Teenage girl gang-raped after being made to inhale intoxicants

Bareilly: Crimes against women are not decreasing in the district. Incidents of rape, gang rape, murder, molestation etc. are coming to light every day. Another similar case has come to light from a village in Faridpur. Two youths forcibly dragged a teenager standing outside the village into a field. Both the youths gang-raped her after making her inhale intoxicants. She was beaten up when she protested. She was brutalised all night. Police have registered a case against both the accused in the case.

A teenager was brutalised all night

A teenager from a village in the police station area was standing outside the village on Friday evening. During this time, two youths forcibly picked her up and took her to a field. Both the youths gang-raped her after making her inhale intoxicants. She was beaten up when she protested. When the teenager did not return home till late night, the family members searched for her, but she could not be found. The teenager was brutalised all night. In the morning, the teenager somehow escaped from their clutches and reached home and informed the family about the incident. On Saturday, the family members took the girl to the police station and filed a complaint. The police have registered a case against the accused Bagesh and Dharamveer, residents of village Karpiya. The police kept searching for the two accused till late evening, but they could not be found.
