Bareilly: Another case of honeytrap came to light, policemen also included in this gang

UP: Many honey trap gangs are active in Bareilly city. The alleged journalists and policemen together are running such a gang and trapping rich people. A similar case has come to light in CBganj area. Honey trap gang tried to blackmail an entrepreneur by luring him into a trap. The victim has lodged a report against the accused. The outpost in-charge and two policemen are also among the named accused.
According to the incident, on Saturday, a girl named Sania, a member of the Honey Trap gang, called an entrepreneur resident of Rampur, who operates a factory in Parasakheda of CBganj police station area. They lured them into the trap by talking sweetly. The girl called him to the hotel room. After some time the alleged journalists reached there. The accused pressurized the entrepreneur to recover the money and brought him to Kila Chowki.
Agreement reached at Fort Chowki
There, along with outpost in-charge Saurabh Kumar and constable Kolendra, they pressurized the entrepreneur to pay Rs 7 lakh. In the agreement, it was decided to pay Rs 2.5 lakh. The entrepreneur asked him to go to the factory and give him the money. On the way, the entrepreneurs dodged the accused and reached Kila police station. From there informed SSP and SP City.
On the complaint of the victim entrepreneur, a report has been lodged in Kila police station against alleged journalists Naved, Ghulam Sabir Azad, Chand Alvi, girl Sania and outpost in-charge Saurabh Kumar and constable Kolendra. Kila police station in-charge Harendra Singh has submitted a report against both the policemen to the SSP. His suspension is considered certain. Let us tell you that cases of honey trap have already come to light in the city. In one case the doctor had committed suicide.
