Balodabazar police took Amit Baghel on production warrant

Baloda Bazar. Chhattisgarh Kranti Sena chief Amit Baghel has been arrested in connection with the arson and violence case. According to reports, accused Amit Baghel is being brought to Baloda Bazar from Raipur jail on a production warrant. Baloda Bazar police will present the accused directly in court.

It is reported that this arrest was made as part of the investigation into the arson and violence incident. Police have already made several significant arrests in this case. According to police sources, a total of 201 people have been arrested so far. The investigation is ongoing, and more arrests are possible.

It should be noted that Raipur police took action against Johar Chhattisgarh Party chief Amit Baghel for his controversial remarks about Maharaja Agrasen and Lord Jhulelal. He was arrested by the Telibandha and Civil Lines police stations. An FIR has also been filed against him in a case registered at the Devendra Nagar police station, due to which he is currently in jail. It should be noted that on October 27th, Amit Baghel had commented on Agrasen Maharaj, the patron deity of the Sindhi community, Jhulelal, regarding the breaking of the statue of Chhattisgarh Mata. Following Amit Baghel’s statement, the Agrawal community and Sindhi community protested across the state and the country. Four FIRs have been registered against Amit at the Devendra Nagar police station, five at Telibandha police station, and four at the Kotwali police station. Cases have been filed in 12 states, including Rajasthan, Gujarat, Delhi, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, and Jharkhand.
