Bahubali Anant Singh released from jail, video
Bihar: Former MLA from Mokama and Bahubali Anant Singh has been released from jail. During this, a large number of supporters welcomed him. In the famous AK-47 case, Patna High Court on Wednesday ordered his acquittal due to lack of evidence. Let us tell you that the Civil Court of Patna had sentenced him to 10 years in this case. Since then, he was serving sentence in Beur Jail. Along with this, he also lost his MLA post. There is tremendous enthusiasm among his family and supporters due to the release of Anant Singh, while political turmoil is also going on. Anant Singh was lodged in Beur Jail since 2016. After coming out of jail, Anant Singh has left for Barhiya. After Anant Singh was acquitted from the case, there is a lot of politics going on in Bihar. Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav and Bihar State President of Congress Akhilesh Singh made many allegations against Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
A large number of his supporters and workers were gathered at Beur Jail since early morning on Friday regarding the release of Anant Singh. After completing the procedure, the jail administration took him out in their ambulance. Former MLA Anant Singh came out of the jail at 5:10 in the morning.
Anant Singh’s son Ankit Singh was also present with his supporters. Everyone gave a grand welcome to the former MLA and garlanded him. Patna Civil Court had sentenced him to 10 years in the AK 47 case. Against which he had appealed in Patna High Court. The High Court had acquitted him due to lack of evidence.
