Badam Kesar Kheer benefits

If such questions also arise in your mind, then instead of going outside, you can make saffron and almond kheer at home and eat it. After eating this kheer, you will not even like the sweets outside. Even those who abstain from eating sweets cannot stop themselves seeing Kesar Kheer in front of them. Let’s know the recipe for making almond and saffron kheer.

To make kheer, 1 liter full cream milk, half a cup of rice, sugar 1 cup, almonds 8 to 10, cashews 8 to 10, pistachios 5 to 6, cardamom powder half a teaspoon, saffron threads 12 to 13 and ghee 1 teaspoon.

To make Badam Kesar Kheer, first of all, keep the rice soaked for 15 minutes. On the other hand, keep the milk in a heavy bottomed wok or pan to heat. Take some warm milk in a small bowl and add saffron threads to it. Make the rice coarse after 15 minutes, now put 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan and add rice and fry it for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes add the rice directly to the boiling milk.

Now keep stirring it from time to time till the rice is cooked. Lastly, add almonds, cashews and pistachios cut into pieces and add cardamom powder. At the end, mix saffron milk and cook everything for another 5 minutes. Your Badam Kesar Kheer is ready. Cool it by keeping it in the fridge and then serve.
