Bad personality reflects state of mind: Radhika Apte
Mumbai (IANS) | ‘Wow! Life should be like this!’ Actress Radhika Apte talks about how the show ‘Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo’ pushed her boundaries as an actor and helped her grow as an artist. He added that the show is about giving a new dimension to the Saas-Bahu relationship, which was never thought of before.
He said, action scenes have fascinated me since my first film ‘Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota’, in which I tried my hand in this genre. Homi Adajania creating it with ‘Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo’ really excites me.
Radhika, who is known for ‘Raat Akeli Hai’, ‘Monica, O My Darling’ and an American film ‘A Call to Spy’, further said that she enjoys playing adventurous characters on screen.
He said: You know, a bad personality reflects a state of mind. It means that you want to be completely different in all the choices you make in your life. I really enjoyed doing these action scenes. It has been a really empowering experience.
Produced by Maddock Films, the series is directed by Homi Adajania and stars Ashish Verma, Varun Mittra, Udit Arora, Deepak Dobriyal and Monica Dogra along with Dimple Kapadia, Radhika Madan, Angira Dhar and Isha Talwar in lead roles.
‘Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo’ will release on May 5 on Disney Plus Hotstar.
