Ayushman card became a lifesaver for little angel Advaita

Raipur. The Central Government is making meaningful efforts to provide better health facilities to the people. Needy and economically weaker section families are getting the benefit of health facilities through Ayushman Card.

A daughter was born on 10 May 2023 to Digendra Kumar, resident of village Chhipli of Nagari Vikas block of Dhamtari district, there was an atmosphere of happiness in the family. The daughter was christened and the baby girl was named Advaita.

Since the baby weighed only 1300 grams at the time of birth, doctors advised her to be admitted to a special children’s hospital. Digendra talked to the doctors and asked about the expenses to be incurred. Doctors estimated the cost of treatment and medicines to be around Rs 5 lakh.

Since Digendra’s financial condition was not good, after hearing about the expenditure of Rs 5 lakh, he started worrying as to how so much money would be arranged. He told that an acquaintance informed him about the Ayushman Card Scheme of the Central Government.

Digendra was a conscious citizen and had already got Ayushman card made in his and his wife’s name. After talking to the doctors, she got her daughter Advaita admitted to a private children’s hospital. After getting the child treated for about one and a half months, Adhaita has returned home completely healthy.

Tears of happiness appear in the father’s eyes after seeing his beloved little angel. Thanking Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, he said that today his courtyard was filled with happiness after taking the benefits of Ayushman Yojana. He also urged other people to take advantage of the Ayushman Card Scheme.
