Awareness workshop held in Jobi College on the theme of developed India
Raigarh. A versatile awareness program was organized at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Government College Jobi-Barra on Saturday, 23 December 2023. Jointly under the banner of National Service Scheme and Developed India Campaign, most of the students of the college participated in various activities and gave captivating presentations. In this event organized under the leadership of Assistant Professor and National Service Scheme Program Officer Shri Surendra Pal Darshan, students made a strong effort to increase awareness in the society through creative, literary and cultural presentations, especially on issues like Developed India Campaign 2047 and cleanliness. . Under this, students did publicity using many genres like rangoli, painting, singing, poetry, stories, articles, plays, slogans, banners, posters, slogans, debates etc.
Darshan said that rangoli and painting competitions continued to encourage cultural richness. The students’ talent shined in singing and dancing performances and poetry and story competitions became a medium to raise awareness. On the other hand, some senior students of the college practiced drama under the guidance of Assistant Professor Yogendra Kumar Rathiya, which proved to be an interesting medium to express their views on the subject. In increasing order, a group of students took out a huge rally accompanied by the thunder of NSS clap, in which powerful slogans were raised with slogans, banners, posters aimed at social upliftment. It is noteworthy that preparations for this event had already been done as per the official instructions. In one such program that was held recently, students were given time to practice. Through this function, students inspired positive change in the society and promoted prosperity and social harmony through education. Especially the collaborative role of guest lecturers Ritesh Rathore, Rahul Rathore and Revati Rathiya made an important contribution in showcasing the creative powers.
