Attempt to murder in Dhaba, youth created ruckus when it was not opened late at night

Mahasamund. After the closure of the dhaba in Kesariya Dhaba of Mahasamund, the dispute over demanding food increased so much that there was a fierce fight between the hotel operator and a group of youth. In this case, the hotel side has registered a case against the youth under section 307 of rioting and attempt to murder.

According to the information, in the FIR lodged by the hotel side, it has been told that after the closure of the Dhaba, the staff were playing cricket in the parking lot of their hotel. There some people came there in four wheelers and asked to feed us, then we told them that the dhaba has been closed, then they told us to open the dhaba and cook food, when we told them that food would not be cooked, they beat them fiercely.

According to the FIR, Dheeraj Sarfaraz, Sahil Sarfaraz and their other 10-15 associates were assaulting the hotel staff with cricket bats, iron rods, sharp weapons and sticks. In this case, a crime has been registered against Dheeraj Sarfaraz, Sahil Sarfaraz and 10-15 other associates under sections 147, 148, 294, 323, 307 and 506 (B).
