At the railway station near Dhanbad, eight were burnt alive, a dozen scorched

Dhanbad (IANS) | A very painful accident has happened at Nichitpur rail gate between Dhanbad Gomo of Howrah-New Delhi rail route. Here 8 people have been burnt alive due to the high tension wire, while more than a dozen people have been badly burnt.

All the people burnt alive and scorched are contract labourers. These people were putting poles on the railway line. During this the pole came in contact with a 25,000 volt high tension wire. Eight people were burnt alive in a moment. The injured people have been admitted to the hospital. After this incident, many trains have been stopped at different stations.
