Assembly elections: 15,372 people have applied to contest on behalf of DMK

Tamil Nadu: 15,372 candidates have filed nomination papers to contest the assembly elections on behalf of the DMK.

A statement issued by the DMK in this regard: Applications to contest the assembly elections on behalf of the DMK were received from February 20th to March 6th. Of these, 15,372 applications have been submitted. It has been reported that 1,473 applications have been submitted for DMK leader M.K. Stalin to contest from his constituency.
