Anuragkashyap Review About Dhurandhar Movie

 Bollywood’s famous director Anurag Kashyap is once again in the news with his comments. Directed by Aditya Dhar, ‘Dhurandhar’ is a huge action film starring Ranveer Singh in the lead role. It is known that this film, which was released recently, not only received good success but also received criticism for being BJP propaganda. However, Anurag Kashyap, who recently watched the film, responded on social media. He praised the making of the film, but expressed his displeasure with some of the political aspects of the story.

“Dhurandhar is a truly wonderful film. I was particularly impressed by the fact that the entire story is set in the backdrop of Pakistan and the wonderful way it portrays that atmosphere. However, I found it difficult at two points in the film. One is the dialogue that Madhavan says, ‘A day will come when you will think about the country’. The second is the dialogue that Ranveer Singh says at the end, ‘Ye Naya India Hai’. I think both of these are propaganda for a party. Leaving those two dialogues aside, this is a brilliant film,” said Anurag.

Also, talking about the film director Aditya Dhar, he said, “I have known Aditya for a long time. He is a Kashmiri Pandit and has personally experienced many hardships. The politics seen in his films are his own honesty. Unlike other directors, he does not make such films just for the sake of opportunities. Hollywood Oscar-winning hit films like The Hurt Locker and Zero Dark Thirty are also pro-American propaganda films. Anurag said that the way we have supported them, we should also watch this film in the same way. Ranveer Singh has shown the most mature performance in his career. His performance is very secure. Technically, this film is no less than Hollywood films,” Anurag praised.
