Ambati Rambabu inspects Polavaram project today

Andhra Pradesh State Irrigation Minister Ambati Rambabu recently visited the Polavaram project to oversee the ongoing works. He specifically inspected the dewatering works at the Lower Coffer Dam, which is an essential part of the project. Additionally, Ambati Rambabu also examined the progress of the construction of canals that are being built to divert sea phase water between the upper and lower coffer dams.

During his visit, Ambati Rambabu was accompanied by CE Sudhakar Babu and SE Narasimhamurthy, who are officials involved in the project. The purpose of the visit was to assess the current status of the dewatering works and the canal construction, ensuring that the project is progressing as planned.

The Polavaram project is a significant endeavor aimed at providing irrigation and drinking water to various regions, and the minister’s inspection highlights the government’s commitment to its successful completion.
