Agreement with alliance party successfully negotiated – CM Stalin’s speech

Tamil Nadu: Chief Minister M.K. Stalin said that the agreement was successfully reached after negotiations with the ally Congress, which everyone praised.

Speaking at the wedding of School Education Minister Anbil Mahesh’s sister, Poiyamozhi, in Thanjavur on Thursday, he said:

The agreement with the alliance party (Congress) was successfully negotiated by Wednesday night. Furthermore, I came to this wedding after successful negotiations, with everyone praising me. You may have seen the scene on social media where I was gesturing with my hand while getting into the car after reaching the agreement. This wasn’t planned. My journalist friends sitting in front saw this and asked if it was over. To which I replied, “It’s over; that’s it.” This is now spreading rapidly on social media. “We have declared two people (from the DMK) as Rajya Sabha candidates. We have given two seats to the alliance party,” the Chief Minister said.

Municipal Administration Minister K.N. Nehru delivered the welcome address. Ministers, MLAs, and others attended. Earlier, Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin welcomed the gathering. Finally, School Education Minister Anbil Mahesh Poiyamozhi offered his vote of thanks.
