After ‘Stree 2’, will Shraddha Kapoor embark on a time travel adventure?
Mumbai: Shraddha Kapoor is busy with promotions of her upcoming horror comedy Stree 2. It is a sequel to her 2018 superhit film Stree. Directed by Amar Kaushik, the film also stars Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and Aparshakti Khurana. So far, three songs from the film have been released and the audience has given a great response. People have waited for six years for the sequel and they are eager to see what the makers have brought for them. In her career spanning over a decade, Shraddha Kapoor has been a part of many interesting films. She has done tragic romance, romantic comedies, action and dance films and horror films as well. Soon, the actress is going to step into the world of time travel. According to reports, Kapoor’s next film will be based on the theme of time travel and not much information has been given about its story or star cast.

Shraddha Kapoor will also be seen playing the role of a separatist in a film titled Naagin. This supernatural drama will be directed by Nikhil Dwivedi. Just like the time travel film, there is no information available about the cast or the premise. The actress was last seen in Luv Ranjan’s romantic comedy Tu Jhoothi Main Makkah (2023). The film also stars Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role. Talking about Stree 2, it will hit the theatres on August 15, 2024. During the trailer launch, the makers confirmed that they have plans for a third instalment, thus confirming Stree 3.
