Adani Total Gas Q1 revenue rose 27% to ₹1,910 crore; PAT stood at ₹133 crore.

Ahmedabad: Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) reported a 27 percent year-on-year (YoY) increase in standalone revenue to ₹1,910 crore for the first quarter of the financial year 2027. Additionally, the company recorded an EBITDA of ₹281 crore and a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹133 crore.
The company stated that its operational performance remained robust during the quarter. Total sales volume of CNG and PNG rose by 13 percent YoY to 303 million metric standard cubic meters (MMSCM).
Commenting on the financial performance, ATGL CEO Sanjay Pandita said that the company once again recorded strong growth of 13 percent in volume and 27 percent in revenue during Q1 FY27. This was driven by strong operational performance and a growing customer preference for cleaner fuels.
He said, “The operating environment remained volatile. High gas prices, elevated Brent crude prices, currency fluctuations, and geopolitical developments negatively impacted global energy supplies.”
Pandita added, “While these factors put pressure on the gas sourcing strategy of the CGD industry, our focus remained on ensuring supply continuity, enhancing operational efficiency, shielding CNG and PNG customers from undue risks, and creating long-term value for customers and stakeholders.”
ATGL continued to expand its distribution network by adding five new CNG stations during the quarter, bringing the total number of stations to 707.
The company also added 38,243 new PNG domestic connections, taking the total number of connections to 11.41 lakh. Its industrial and commercial customer base grew by 448, reaching 10,422, while the total steel pipeline network expanded to approximately 15,987 inch-km.
Including its joint venture, IndianOil-Adani Gas Private Limited (IOAGPL), the company continued to expand its footprint across India.
Combined CNG and PNG volumes rose by 13 percent year-on-year to 496 MMSCM, while the total network expanded to 1,167 CNG stations following the addition of six new outlets. Through its combined network, the number of domestic PNG connections has surpassed 1.375 million, serving over 6 million people daily.
With the addition of 788 new customers, the industrial and commercial customer base rose to 12,326, while the total steel pipeline network reached 28,675 inch-km.
