The woman has accused the district administration of giving protection to those distributing expired medicines instead of taking action against them, and has talked about continuing the hunger strike until strict action is taken against those distributing expired medicines. The Akaltara MLA has supported the woman’s allegation and demand and has said to take up the matter in the upcoming assembly session.
