Accident in Rayagada of Odisha: one dead, one injured

Rayagada: In a tragic incident, one died and the other was left injured in a bike accident in Rayagada. The accident occurred near Jarapa of Budubali panchayat in Chandrapur block of Rayagada district.

According to the reports, the mishap happened when two friends were returning to their village Gadarguda from Chandrapur. The two are identified to be Chandan Bibhar and Pappu Biradakali. Chandan succumbed in the accident while his friend Pappu sustained injuries.

He is now being treated at Chandrapur Community Health Centre. On getting the information, Chandrapur Police reached the scene and started their investigation says the report.

A tragic bike accident has occurred near Lal Baba Matha located near Chadamula village which falls under Gania Police Station. The 26-year-old Chabi Behera of Kumbharakhani village of Chamundia panchayat was critically injured in the mishap.

He was reportedly on the bike and lost his balance. The injured was first rushed to the Gania Community Health Centre on a 108 ambulance. He was given some first aid there but later on, was shifted to the Capital Hospital of Bhubaneswar as his condition worsened says reports.
