A stranger woman will only cause destruction: Pandit Pradeep Mishra

According to storyteller Pandit Pradeep Mishra, it is a wrong belief that buying any material in Pitru Paksha is not auspicious. The works done by remembering the ancestors are always auspicious. During a story event in Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh, he said that whether it is Bhajan-Kirtan or any other work, if that work is done with heart and faith, then there will always be happiness in life.

Pandit Mishra also taught people to stay away from intoxication. He said that alcohol and another woman will only destroy. The relatives including the son, daughter, wife of those who consume intoxicants do not get respect. The wife does not get respect even in her maternal home. The mother does not get respect. It is a wrong belief that Bholenath consumes intoxicants. He never consumed intoxicants. It is said that he drinks Bhaang, but no such thing is written in any scripture including Shiv Puran. Lord Shankar was immersed in the intoxication of only Lord Ram and Krishna. Pandit Mishra said that the anti-drug campaign being run by the state government as well as the police administration is laudable.
