A person undergoing treatment died after being hit by the car of the Assistant Commissioner of Traffic

Kerala: Kochi Traffic Assistant Commissioner was hit by an official vehicle, leaving him seriously injured and dead. Francis (78), a resident of Elantikara in Ernakulam, died. The incident took place on the 2nd of this month in Puthanvelikara. Traffic Assistant Commissioner P.P. Francis was hit by Ashraf’s official vehicle. Ashraf was driving the car himself.

However, Francis’ family alleged that Ashraf was not even ready to take the injured Francis to the hospital and the locals stopped him from taking him to the hospital.
