A marijuana supplier was arrested in Kharora area.

Raipur. A person who was supplying Ganja in Kharora area has been arrested. On receiving reliable information from an informant, a joint team of Kharora police party and cyber staff reached the place mentioned by the informant and laid siege to the place and caught the accused Vijay Kumar Sen while he was keeping the narcotic substance Ganja for illegal sale.

From his possession, the contraband – Ganja, weighing 0.584 kg, the bag weighing 58 grams, 0.526 kg, estimated price Rs. 12000/- kept in a white polythene bag inside a white colour plastic bag, was duly seized in the presence of witnesses and the police took possession and a notice was given to the suspect to produce documents regarding the recovered Ganja.

Whoever did not produce the documents was arrested on the spot, legal action was taken, and after giving written information of the arrest to the family members, he was produced in the court on judicial remand.
