Mohali: Anti-dengue health teams challaned 25 people
Mohali: Taking strict action against the residents who shirk their responsibility of not destroying the larvae of Dengue Mosquito in the district, the administration has issued challans to 348 houses so far, so that they can realize their responsibility of destroying the larvae of Dengue Mosquito. Civil Surgeon Dr. Davinder Kumar Puri said that anti-dengue teams in the district are conducting door-to-door surveys and making people aware about dengue. Along with this, challans are also being issued to people who are negligent towards the larvae of Dengue Mosquito. 25 challans were issued today under this campaign. He said that water should not be allowed to accumulate at any place for a long time and water should be emptied every Friday under the ‘Dry Day’ campaign.
