Kanker: 10 people dead, administration responsible

Kanker: Rivers and streams are overflowing due to continuous rain in Chhattisgarh. Children are going to school risking their lives. In the last 15 days, 10 people have died in Kanker district due to drowning in rivers and streams. Let us tell you that the children of Rani Dongri Primary School of Bhanupratappur block of Kanker district cross the river 3 km away to go to Gavde Para School. Crossing this river to get education is no less than a big challenge, but it is the compulsion of parents and children. They are going to school risking their lives.

The demand for a bridge on this river has been made for many years but the government is not taking any action. In the public darshan of former CM in Bhanupratappur in the previous government, the villagers have also demanded a bridge. Apart from school children, this is a big problem for patients as well.
