Railways made bus available for 140 passengers, getting praise
Bilaspur: Railways transported the passengers of Utkal Express from Brajrajnagar station to their destination by bus. Actually, Chakradharpur Railway Division 12810 Howrah-CSMT Mail was derailed. The track is being repaired. For this reason, 18478 Yoganagari Rishikesh-Puri Utkal Express was run on the diverted rail route via Ib-Jharsuguda-Angul-Kapilas Road Station.
Due to the change in route, the train did not go to many major stations including Rourkela, Tata. A large number of passengers from these stations were aboard the train. Four buses were arranged to take them to their destination.
18478 Yoganagari Rishikesh-Puri Utkal Express is also included in this. Taking immediate action under the leadership of Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Anurag Kumar Singh, free bus service was arranged for the convenience of the passengers of the regular route. Before the arrival of the train, four buses were arranged at Brajrajnagar station. All 140 passengers were disembarked from the train at Brajrajnagar station. After this, the passengers were taken to their destination by free buses.
