Hyderabad: Bullet fired from ‘shooting range’ hits woman

Hyderabad: A 34-year-old woman sustained gunshot injuries on her leg in Gandipet on Tuesday, according to police. The woman suspects that the bullet might have been fired from a nearby shooting range. In her complaint, she said that around 11:30 am, while washing clothes at home, she was hit by a bullet on her left leg, causing bleeding.
The woman’s family members told media that they informed the police about the incident and a team reached their house for investigation. The woman was taken to a hospital for treatment and was later discharged. Based on her complaint, a case has been registered at Narsingi Police Station.
