Kanguva announced to release in cinemas on October 10, 2024
Kanguva Movie: Suriya has been making headlines ever since his upcoming film Kanguva was announced. The makers also released a poster revealing his character ahead of the release and kept the excitement level high as well. Well, there is a fresh update about the film. Pinkvilla has reported that Suriya will be seen in three different looks in the film. A source close to the production exclusively told Pinkvilla that the film will feature the actor in 3 different looks. Furthermore, the source also mentioned that the actor has undergone drastic transformation for various characters and each of them will be essential to the story, adding their own layers. The film stars Bobby Deol, Disha Patani, Natarajan Subramaniam, Jagapathi Babu, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Kovai Sarala, Anandaraj, Ravi Raghavendra and many more in pivotal roles.
Kanguva is scheduled to release in theatres on October 10, 2024. The lead actor of the film, Suriya, shared a poster of the film announcing the release date. He wrote on X, “Dear all, it’s October 10, 2024.” The actor shared about the announcement on his X handle (formerly Twitter) on June 27. In the poster posted by the actor, Suriya can be seen holding his sword at the top of a pillar of corpses while flames are coming out from the background. The film Kanguva is directed by Siva. It is produced by KE Gnanavelraja and Vamsi Pramod under the banner of Studio Green and UV Creations. After the announcement, the news has created a huge buzz in the entertainment industry as the release date of the film is clashing with the release date of Superstar Rajinikanth starrer Vettaiyaan. Earlier, the superstar had announced the release date of the film during his trip to the Himalayas. Looks like it will be a tough competition between the much-awaited films as both the films are scheduled to release in theatres on October 10, 2024. Initially, the film Kanguva was scheduled to release during the summer of this year but the release date was postponed due to delays in shooting and post-production.
