Campus security company will now give good salary to Agniveers

Campus Security Company: Crystal Integrated Services is keen to employ Agniveers who have completed their four years of service in the Indian Army. As per the report, the CEO of the company has mentioned that the talented Agniveers will get a good salary upon being hired. Crystal Integrated Services is a listed facility management company that has shown keen interest in hiring Agniveers after completing their short-term partnership with the defence services. Now, according to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Sanjay Dighe, “Companies like Crystal can become a good bridge between the existing ‘Agniveers’ and the corporate sector, who are looking for the right candidates to protect business premises with large investments.” He has offered the Agniveers gainful employment in the private sector. There is a demand for such talents in the industry. He further assured that once hired, they will not sit idle for a week. Another benefit for retired Agniveers is that they will be able to stay with their families and will not need to move from one place to another.

Crystal Integrated Services started working as a security provider to office and residential complexes for more than two decades. It has currently employed 5,800 security personnel. According to Sanjay Dighe, this number can be higher as in some cases, a facility manager can also work as a security person. Sanjay Dighe revealed that the company has hired a senior army officer who has a lot of experience in handling the Agniveer scheme during his tenure in the Indian Army. He supported the initiative, saying that in many cases, the security guards working for the company earn better than the back-end executives of the call center. He also shared that the company is targeting to increase its revenue growth to 30 percent between the financial years 2025 to 2028. In the last three years, this percentage has been 23. It will now focus on using better technology in all its processes and introducing new departments like waste and sewerage management.
