2 BJP leaders joined Congress in the presence of Manish Tiwari

Chandigarh: BJP leaders Ajay Sharma and Narinder Singh Rinku along with their supporters joined the local Congress unit today. Chandigarh Congress President HS Lucky inducted the BJP workers into the Congress in the presence of local MP Manish Tewari. Welcoming the BJP leaders into the party, Tewari said that the ideology of the Congress is in line with the ethos of India and the high ideals enshrined in the Constitution.

Therefore, the country can progress in the true sense only by following the ideology of the party. Speaking on the occasion, Ajay Sharma and Rinku said that it is like a homecoming for them as they had left the party in 2022 due to some differences, which have now been resolved. The new members who joined the Congress pledged to serve the people of Chandigarh once again after joining the Congress.
