CG NEWS: 108 ambulance could not reach the village due to mud, delivery happened while taking the patient on foot

Narayanpur Narayanpur news. A successful delivery has been done with the help of 108 Ambulance staff in the Naxal-affected and forest-surrounded Abujhmad area. The 108 ambulance team was bringing the woman, who was groaning in labor pain, to the ambulance by walking on a stretcher for 2 kilometers.

After which, after getting permission from the family, the EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) conducted a successful delivery on the way. The woman gave birth to a healthy baby. After delivery, both the mother and the child were taken to the Community Health Center Orchha by ambulance and admitted.

On receiving the information, EMT Kamala and pilot Rajesh left for the village from Orchha 108. Due to the bad roads caused by rain, the ambulance had to be stopped two kilometers before the village, as there was a fear of the ambulance getting stuck in the mud and the ambulance team reached the victim’s house on foot. After which the pregnant woman was brought two kilometers away with the help of a stretcher.
