Criminals were standing in front of the house, the person who came out got murdered

Rajasthan: A person was stabbed to death in Pratapgarh district. On receiving the information, the police took the body in their custody and sent it for post-mortem. Meanwhile, angry local people blocked the highway in protest against the murder. The police who reached the spot cleared the jam by convincing the people and assuring them of action.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Heramb Joshi Deputy Superintendent of Police Heramb Joshi said that Jai Singh and three-four other people stabbed Ghanshyam Prajapat to death outside his house in Kherot village late on Monday night. After the murder, angry local people blocked the Pratapgarh-Ratlam highway. Additional policemen have been deployed on the spot to maintain law and order. Joshi further said, the body of the deceased has been sent to the mortuary of the district hospital for post-mortem. He said that at present the protesters have been removed from the highway. Peace prevails at the spot. The Deputy Superintendent of Police said, the main accused has been detained and is being questioned. The reason for the murder will be known only after interrogation. Then further action will be taken.

Last month, a young man sleeping on the roof of a house in Barmer, Rajasthan was murdered with a sharp weapon. In the morning, when the deceased’s 5-year-old niece went to the roof to wake him up, he did not wake up. After this, the girl informed her parents about this. When the family members reached the roof, they saw his body lying soaked in blood. They immediately informed the police about this.
