Bus conductor beaten, case registered against 3 people

Durg. Three accused beat up the applicant fiercely over a trivial matter. The applicant suffered injuries due to this. On the complaint of the applicant, Anjora outpost police has registered an offense under sections 294, 323, 506, 34 against the three accused.

According to the police, the applicant Saif Ali works as a conductor in Sai Kripa Bus Service. He had left Rajnandgaon for Durg by bus. At around 9.15 in the morning, some passengers came in an e-rickshaw at the village Anjora bus stand and were about to board the bus.

Due to lack of space in the bus, conductor Saif Ali refused to let the passengers sit. On this, the accused Kirtan Meshram, Dharmendra Deshmukh, Shailendra Meshram, residents of Anjora, abused him and beat him up, threatening to kill him. During the fight the applicant’s purse also fell which contained Rs 3000. The police has started the investigation
