Raped on the pretext of taking a scooter, accused youth absconds

Mahasamund. Under Tendukona police station area, a case of a rural youth luring a girl and spreading rape and obscene videos on the pretext of marriage has come to light. According to the information received from the police, the accused, Gulab Dhruv, a resident of Nayapara Pithora, had physical relations with the applicant’s sister about 5 months ago in the forest on the road leading to Urin Dongri, on the pretext of marriage.

Apart from this, every ten-fifteen days, he took her to different places on his scooter and had physical relations with her and fraudulently made obscene videos and made them viral on social media. On the complaint of the applicant, the police have registered the case under section 376-2, N 67, 67B, 67 and taken it under investigation.

In front of the applicant’s house located in village Harnadadar of Bagbahra police station area, the accused started abusing him. After that, he beat the applicant with hand, fist and stick. Police said that the report related to the incident has been lodged by Jugul Tandon (62 years) of village Harnadadar at Bagbahra police station. On the basis of which the police have registered a crime under section 294,323,34 of IPC against accused Sumeet Gilhare, Komal and Ishri and taken it under investigation.
