Gang rape of teenage girl by luring her with ten rupees in Dehradun, case registered

Dehradun: Two teenagers gang-raped a teenage girl in Dakpathar area. The police registered a case against the teenagers in conflict with the law under rape and POCSO Act.

According to the police, a woman lodged a complaint at Dakpathar outpost. In it, the woman told that two teenagers took her daughter with them after luring her with ten rupees and raped her in a field. According to outpost in-charge Pankaj Tiwari, the accused are law-disputed juveniles. Female Inspector Kalsi Hema is investigating the case.

A missing person has been registered in Vikas Nagar Kotwali. Satish Pal, resident of Shivpuri Colony, reported that his father has gone missing, who has not yet returned home. The incident is of 29 September 2022. Police have started searching for him.
