Two dead bodies found on railway track, identified as laborer and painter
Durg. Two youths from Bhilai lost their lives in two separate train accidents in the district. The bodies of both were recovered from the railway track. After the PM, the police handed over the body to the family members. The police are investigating in both the cases. GRP said that the body of a 32-year-old youth was found on the railway track here on Tuesday. He was identified as Shambhu alias Somnath Patel. He lived near Radha Krishna Temple in Cantonment Ward 40 and worked as a painter. His uncle told that there was a program of Pasaron Puja in their house. Suddenly Shambhu went somewhere. Later they came to know that his dead body was found in a railway truck.
Family members said that he was financially troubled, but did not share anything with anyone at home. He has been doing painting work for the last 15 years. He was of a very serious nature. Suddenly left the house without telling anyone. No one knew that he was not going to come again.
Along with this, the body of a 35-year-old youth was found in the Power House railway track on Wednesday morning. He was identified as Ram Singh Thakur resident of Subhash Nagar Khursipar. Used to work as a laborer in the morning. He has four sons and a one-year-old daughter.
The family did not say anything about his death, but friends came to know that he was troubled by financial constraints. Had also taken small loans from many people. Was not able to convince him. Due to this he committed suicide. However, the clear reason for suicide has not been revealed yet. Cantonment Police is investigating the matter.
