5 killed in two separate road accidents in Telangana

Hyderabad: Five people were killed and two others injured in two separate road accidents in Telangana. In the first accident, a woman and her three-month-old daughter were killed when their car collided with a parked truck in Hanamkonda district. Two others were injured in the accident near Guddepadu village in Atmakur mandal. Police said that the car rammed into a truck parked on the roadside. The injured were admitted to the hospital. The second incident took place in Suryapet district in which three people were killed and another was injured. The car in which they were traveling collided with a parked DCM from behind. The deceased have been identified as Mohammed Naveed (25), Nikhil Reddy (26) and Rakesh (25). The injured were admitted to Suryapet Government Hospital. Police suspect that speeding was the cause of the collision. The police have registered the case. Both the incidents happened at midnight.
