Court sentenced, attacker will remain in jail for 5 years

Durg. The court has convicted Sanju Sahu, the accused who attacked a young man with a knife in a dispute over celebrating Dussehra in the village. The court of Second Additional Sessions Judge Rakesh Kumar Verma sentenced the accused to five years imprisonment and Rs 2,000. Has been punished with a fine of Rs. He told that a meeting was held on 23 November 2022 at Mangal Bhawan of village Dundera under Utai police station to celebrate Dussehra festival, in which about 150 people of the village including the applicant and victim Tikam Lal Sahu were present.
