Santosh Kumar Sharma takes charge as Director of Ayodhya Teerth Development Council

UP. Dr. Lavkush Dwivedi, acting director of the International Ramayana and Vedic Research Institute, has been suddenly relieved of his responsibility. The post of Director has been handed over to Santosh Kumar Sharma, CEO and Municipal Commissioner of Ayodhya Tirtha Vikas Parishad. This order was given by Mukesh Meshram, Principal Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Culture and Tourism, on March 7, 2024, but after that there were three consecutive holidays. Due to this, this order was complied with on March 12. On the same date, CEO and Municipal Commissioner Sharma also took charge. Municipal Commissioner Sharma, as director, said that there were some obstacles in the construction of the building of the research institute, a meeting will be held with the construction unit soon and the construction will be completed in the next one month. He said that an action plan will be made to promote research work related to Ram, Ramayana and Ayodhya through the schemes run by the institute. Along with this, plans will also be implemented to disseminate and propagate the human values of Ramayana in the society. Before this, there is a lot of discussion going on regarding the removal of Director Dwivedi amidst the celebrations of Ramotsav.
