According to the Hindu calendar, the fast of Kalashtami will be observed on March 3 in the month of Phalgun. On this day, Kalashtami is starting at 8.44 am and will end on March 4 at 8.49 am. According to Udaya Tithi, it will be auspicious to observe the fast and worship of Kalashtami on 3rd March only.
According to religious beliefs, on the day of Kalashtami fast, wake up in the morning and take bath and then meditate on Baba Bhairav. Then worship the Lord duly and also sprinkle Ganga water in the entire house.
