Endowment Minister Brijmohan Aggarwal participated in Shakambhari Mahotsav

Raipur. Shakambhari Devi is considered to be the incarnation of Goddess Durga. She is worshiped as the goddess of vegetation. Shakambhari Festival marks the arrival of spring season. It is a time when people seek blessings from Goddess Shakambhari. Endowments Minister Brijmohan Aggarwal said this during the Shakambhari Mahotsav organized in Khopra, Abhanpur on Saturday. The program was organized by Chhattisgarh Kosaria Marar Patel Samaj. Chief guest of the program, Endowments Minister Brijmohan Aggarwal said in his address that Shakambhari, the goddess of plants, fruits and herbs, gives us strength and a healthy life.

He also said in his address that Ram Lala has come to Ayodhya. Now no one can stop Ram Rajya from coming. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji takes care of the poor, women, youth, farmers etc. He provided houses, tap water, free gas connections to the poor under the Housing Scheme, Rs 1000 per month for women under Mahtari Vandan Yojana, purchased paddy at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal for farmers and for the youth through Skill India. Has provided new employment opportunities.

Shri Aggarwal said that, from today once again the organization of Kumbh Kalpa has started in Rajim. In which sages and saints from all over the world, Mahamandaleshwar are participating. He invited people to come to Rajim Kumbh Kalpa and asked to seek blessings of saints. Mr. Aggarwal announced to give land and Rs 10 lakh for the building of the society.

Free vegetables were also distributed on this occasion. Also, talented youth of the society were honored for their excellent performance in various fields. According to mythological belief, on this day Lord Shankar had asked for alms from Mother Annapurna, today is Mother Shakambhari Jayanti. Mother Durga had taken the incarnation of Shakambhari to provide relief from famine and severe food crisis on earth. Therefore she is also worshiped as the goddess of vegetables and fruits.
