UP. In Lucknow, the team of Anti Corruption Organization on Thursday arrested Sub Inspector Balkaran Yadav red handed while taking a bribe of Rs 5,000 inside the Mall police station. As soon as the team caught him, there was chaos in the police station premises. Balkaran had demanded money from the victim in the name of filing a report on the report sought by the court in a case related to a land dispute. The team of Anti Corruption Organization took him to Malihabad police station from where he was sent to the court. The accused inspector has been suspended.

Some time ago there was a fight between Surfan and Mehndi Hasan and Arif regarding 10 Biswa land in Surtikheda village of Mal. Surafan and his family members were seriously injured in this uproar. The victim had filed a complaint in this regard at the police station and demanded action, but no hearing took place. On this, Surfan had filed an application in the court. The court had sought a report from the Mall Police before passing its order on this. Surafan had complained to the Anti-Corruption Organization that Inspector Balkaran had sent him several times to file a report, and then asked him to pay Rs 5,000. It was on this complaint that the team of Anti Corruption Organization under the leadership of Inspector-in-charge Nurul Uda Khan reached Mall police station on Thursday afternoon.

As soon as Surfan gave a bribe of five thousand rupees to Inspector Balkaran in front of this team, the team caught him. As soon as Balkaran was arrested, there was a stir in the police station premises. Balkaran first tried to save himself by pushing a little but had to calm down in front of the harshness. Quickly four people of the team caught him outside the police station and took him to the jeep. From here he was taken to Malihabad police station.
