Trailer overturns in mine, driver dies after being buried painfully

Korba. Once again a painful accident has occurred in Deepka mine. Here a trailer went out of control and fell into the pond. The driver died on the spot in the accident. After the incident, a crowd of passers-by gathered in the mine. As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot and started investigation. According to the information, an uncontrolled trailer overturned in the pond near fork Godavari face number five in South Eastern Coalfield Limited Deepka area under Deepka police station last night. Where the trailer driver died on the spot after being buried under the cabin. The deceased driver Prem Singh Maravi, aged 35 years, was a resident of Baksahi Pali.

The news of the driver’s death in an accident inside the mine came to light at 5 in the morning. When people saw the overturned trailer at the spot and the driver was buried under its cabin. Police was informed about the incident. Police reached the spot and started investigation. While taking action to identify the dead body, the relatives of the deceased were called to the spot. The vehicle owner and the company have also been informed. It is being told that coal was being lifted in the name of Hind Washery in the Road Sale Department of SECL. Then this painful accident happened. Deceased Prem Singh has a 5 year old daughter and his wife is a staff nurse in a private hospital in Bilaspur.
