Election Commission team held meeting in Bihar

Patna. A high level team of the Central Election Commission is in Bihar to take stock of the preparations for the Lok Sabha elections. Meanwhile, on Tuesday, team officials held a meeting with representatives of recognized political parties of Bihar. Representatives of political parties also gave many suggestions. Representatives of other parties including Nitin Naveen from BJP, Lalan Singh from JDU, Vrushin Patel from RJD, Brajesh Kumar from Congress also participated in this meeting. BJP has submitted a 22-point suggestion paper to the Election Commission. BJP believes that in the voter list, the name of only one voter is registered in the voter list of many nearby assembly constituencies apart from his own assembly constituency. He has demanded that it be investigated and rectified.

BJP has also suggested to provide voter slips to the voters through SMS a day before voting. Former JDU national president Lalan Singh said that we have demanded Lok Sabha elections to be held in three phases. He has said that due to elections being held in seven phases, political parties as well as political parties are facing a lot of problems. RJD has submitted a 20-point suggestion letter to the Election Commission. RJD has mainly demanded to conduct the upcoming Lok Sabha elections through ballot paper. It is noteworthy that a team of the Election Commission under the leadership of Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar reached Bihar on a three-day tour on Monday. This team will review the election preparations in Bihar before the Lok Sabha elections.
