Gold price remained at Rs 63,200 per 10 grams.
New Delhi: Amid weak global cues, the price of gold fell by Rs 150 on Tuesday in the bullion market of the national capital to Rs 63,200 per 10 grams. In the last trading session, gold had closed at Rs 63,350 per 10 grams. The price of silver also fell by Rs 600 to Rs 74,900 per kg. In the last trading session it was at Rs 75,500 per kg. Saumil Gandhi, Senior Analyst (Commodities), HDFC Securities, said, “Amidst bearish signals in overseas markets, spot prices of gold (24 carat) in Delhi markets stood at Rs 63,200 per 10 grams, which is Rs 150 over the previous closing price.” There is a decline in the rupee. In the international market Comex, spot gold fell at $ 2,022 an ounce, while silver was also trading with a loss at $ 22.32 an ounce.
