Yamaha unveils Nmax 155, Grand Filano scooters at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2024
Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer Yamaha has unveiled two new scooters at the Bharat mobility Expo 2024- Nmax 155 and Grand Filano. The manufacturer has also showcased their existing FZ, R and MT models in the Expo. We also got to see the R1M, R7 and MT-07 models in the Expo.
The R15, FZ and MT-15 series are the top selling models of the company in India. The R15M, FZ-S V4 DLX and FZ-X get new colours. FZ-S V4 DLX is available two new shades- Ice Fluo-Vermillion and Sparkle Green. Similarly, the FZ-X is available in new chrome variant. The Yamaha R7 as well the MT-07 will be launching in India in the upcoming months as CBU imports (just like the MT-03 and R3). This means that both the motorcycles will be quite costly. It is still unknown whether the company will be bringing back the R1 in India.
Speaking about the two new scooters, the Nmax 155 will be something that will share majority of it with the Aerox 155. The Nmax is a proper maxi-scooter that is powered by a 155cc, liquid-cooled engine that is currently offered in the Aerox.
When it comes to the Grand Filano, it will be powered by a 125cc engine that will offer mild-hybrid tech and is offered in a neo-retro design just like the Fascino (which is already sold in India).
